In connection with the current provisions on the protection of personal data in the form of the Regulation No. (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal EU L 119 of 4 May 2016, p. 1) (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), please read the information on the processing of your personal data under TORPOL S.A.:

Service does not collect any automated information, with the exception of the information contained in cookie files.
Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, especially text files, which are stored in the final device of the Service User and are designed for the use of the Internet Website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website, the storage time at the device and its unique number. Our storage time is limited to 1 year.
The entity that places cookies on the User’s terminal equipment and obtains access to them is the operator of TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (61-119) at 43 św.Michała Street.

- adjust the contents of the Site to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the websites, in particular, these files allow to identify the Service User’s device and properly display the web page tailored to their individual needs;
- remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or the region of the User, font size, website layout, etc.
In many cases the software used to browse the web pages (web browser) by default allows to store cookies into User’s device. Service users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the Internet browser or to inform about their placement in the device of the Service User.
