Appointment of a management member at TORPOL S.A.

On 29 January 2025, the Company’s Supervisory Board appointed Jacek Poniewierski to the Company’s Management Board as of 3 March 2025. Mr. Poniewierski has been entrusted with the function of Vice President in charge of Sales.

Jacek Poniewierski holds a university degree – in 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw with a degree in political science (specialization: public administration). In addition, in 2011 he obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) as a result of the management studies organized by the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education and the University of Gdansk, authorized by IAE-AIX Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Jacek Poniewierski has an extensive professional experience, a very good knowledge of the railroad market in Poland, many years of experience in the railroad construction market (especially in the field of traffic control and teletechnology), as well as extensive experience working with the orderers of construction works in the infrastructure market (PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.) and public administration bodies (Ministry of Infrastructure, Railway Transport Office, local government units).

Mr. Jacek Poniewierski has been working with rail market entities for over 20 years, initially with P. P. Polskie Koleje Państwowe, PKP S.A., PKP Intercity, PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., PKP Cargo S.A., Przewozy Regionalne Sp. z o.o. (now Polregio S.A.), as well as with local government and private carriers and infrastructure managers.
