Appropriate lighting of the facility will allow for easy and safe communication and operation of devices. As part of the modernization of the sorting plant, the existing coke transport tracks will also be rebuilt.
– The acquisition and implementation of the coke sorting plant modernization for WZK Victoria S.A. is another step towards the gradual diversification of our Company’s operations – said Grzegorz Grabowski, President of TORPOL S.A. – The General Construction Division, which is responsible for this implementation, has the relevant experience and competence in conducting multi-discipline, large-size construction projects, an example of which is the design and construction of the intermodal Łódź Fabryczna railway station.
The project of PLN 44.27 million excl. VAT will be carried out on the basis of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which enables, among others, the continuous and constant access to information about the project, its expenditures and the schedule, and, at the same time, significantly facilitates the work of all its contributors. Construction works will be carried out while maintaining continuity of production at WZK Victoria S.A., and the modernization of the building will not change the conditions of environmental impact of the sorting plant. The deadline for completion of the works was set at the end of March 2023.
