Extraordinary General Meeting of TORPOL S.A. 24.10.2024

The Management Board of TORPOL S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, 43 Św. Michała Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000407013 (the “Company”), acting pursuant to Art. 399 § 1, art. 398 in connection with art. 4021 and art. 400 of the Code of Commercial Companies (“CCC”) and § 13 sections I and II of the Company’s Articles of Association, convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on October 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at Brain Embassy Postępu, Adgar Plaza Complex, ADGAR PLAZA ONE building at 15 Postępu Street, Warsaw, 7th floor, Co-creating Room 2.
